Dental Unit is a device with the Comfortable Treatment jointly developed by BENFU Medical and oral clinicians. The product adopts ergonomic design, microcomputer control, and mold production technology. It is an oral diagnosis and treatment device with stable performance and beautiful appearance. It fully considers the convenience of use as well as maintenance and provides a comfortable, healthy and clean treatment environment for patients and doctors while effectively optimizing the doctor’s workflow.
Dental Unit has two different instrument tray to choose, which can meet the needs of different doctors.
The first type is a top-mounted instrument tray
Twice is a down-mounted instrument tray.
Product Features-Workbench
Innovatively designed functional dental chair improves patient experience
It features a microfiber leather seat cushion, an ultra-thin peach-shaped backrest, and a lumbar support design.
l It uses an electric push rod from an internationally renowned brand, can memorize the chair position, and has optional soft start and soft stop functions for good durability.
l Metal chair frame undergoes surface electrophoresis treatment. Internal guide rail structure includes the chair back pitch with motion compensation mechanism to reduce the feeling of squeezing and stretching the back.
l The seat can be rotated 30° to the left and right, and there is a locking switch at the rear.
High-strength
cast aluminum structure improves durability and aesthetics
l The armrests are made of high-pressure cast aluminum and inlaid with wood grain armrests.
l The curved plate and backrest plate are formed by one-piece high-pressure cast aluminum process, and the outer surface is painted by automobile paint process, which has strong adhesion and wear resistance.
Headrest design
that supports diverse needs to ensure patient comfort and safety
l The headrest has a neck support and head retention design, adopts a push-type three-joint aluminum alloy headrest frame, and has treatment positions for children and wheelchair users;
l It can effectively fix the patient's head during treatment and protect the patient's cervical spine during long-term treatment.

Smart doctor
workstation provides efficient and convenient operation
l The doctor’s workbench uses inductive buttons, and the LCD displays the working status of the equipment in real time;
l Removable instrument tray silicone pad, resistant to 134℃ high temperature and high pressure sterilization;
l Equipped with a main water, gas and electricity switch, it can cut off the water, gas and electricity supply of the equipment with one button, and uses high-end high-quality handpiece pipes;
l It has buttons for controlling the lifting and pitching of the treatment chair, as well as buttons for setting, resetting, emergency position, oral light, heating, mouthwash, and spittoon flushing. Three memory chair positions can be set for each of the three doctors.
l Silent casters are standard, so the instrument tray can be moved around the clinic without making any noise.

l The sub-controller has an American-style appearance and can rotate the bracket independently;
l Touch-type buttons, with assistant stand capable of rotating 180°and assistant stand able to rotate 90° for easy four-hand operation;
l Touch button panel;
l Standard equipped with multi-function spray gun with hot water function;
l The strong and weak suction are delayed for 3 seconds to shut down, ensuring that all the waste liquid in the pipeline is sucked away.
